You don’t have to wait for the official summer swelter to buy some sun-smart pieces. You know that the summer heat will happen, and those trusty favorite blue jeans aren’t your best bet when it’s blazing.
I’ve thought about how short the summer season is and how we only need a few key pieces to get us through to the Fall (really, Kathleen – Fall?).
So I put together a collection of clothing from $20 and under to $50 and under to encourage you to shop for just enough pieces to create a capsule or two based off of my capsule wardrobe concept on my Blog.
My hope is that you’ll find at least one new piece for summer and then build around that, as each section contains more than 20 pieces. The easiest piece you will need for chilly evenings (at least here in the desert) and indoor air conditioning is a jean jacket. Hurry and shop while the sales are still happening :)
